Terms and Conditions

payment: Harvest to Hearth Cagailt requires payment in full at the time of booking. 

Pricing: All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are current at date of printing this itinerary.

Cancellation: After full payment is received a cancellation fee of 50% applies. A cancellation fee of 100% is applicable if cancelled within 48hours of the tour commencement.

Itinerary and confirmation: Once full payment has been received an itinerary outlining tour activities as well as confirmation will be forwarded. The itinerary is valid for the tour specified in the confirmation notice. Harvest to Hearth Cagailt reserves the right to change tour arrangements or accommodations due to changes in availability or reasons of safety, and will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements of the same standard as that originally booked.

Online bookings: It is assumed by Harvest to Hearth Cagailt that by booking online that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Disclaimer: The services Harvest to Hearth Cagailt supplies consist of arranging and co-ordinating accommodation, tours, demonstration and special events, workshops, cooking and dinning experiences. Harvest to Hearth Cagailt exercise every care in the selection of suppliers of goods or services and those who work in partnership with Harvest to Hearth Cagailt; tour operators, coach operators, and other suppliers of the tourism services which are used with Harvest to Hearth Cagailt. It is important to note, therefore, all bookings with Harvest to Hearth Cagailt are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the service providers whose services we utilise. Harvest to Hearth does not accept responsibility or liability for events beyond our control.

Clients’ Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to ensure that you bring all confirmation material, to be at the designated pick up point 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour, be ready to depart on time at designated stops, to stay within the physical boundaries of tour venues, to respond to and take instructions from Harvest to Hearth Cagailt employees or any of the service providers relating to safety and well being, inform Harvest to Hearth Cagailt of any special food requirement or allergies, inform Harvest to Hearth Cagailt of any health problems which may put yourself or others at risk when associated with activities carried out on the tour. To provide your own suitable clothing and footwear which will allow you to take part in tour activities.

Tour Numbers: All Harvest to Hearth tours are subject to minimum numbers(6).  Every endeavour is made to ensure the tours take place but if the minimum number of guests is not reached 48 hours prior to the tour commencing, the tour will be cancelled with all monies being refunded.
